In these terms and conditions (the ‘terms and conditions’), the “Company’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ means Winederlust Company Limited, and the “Customer” or ‘you’ means any person, firm, company or body which accesses, enquires about, participate in, or purchase any of the Company’s goods, services, activities or contents (the ‘goods and services’), or the goods and services of the Company’s business partners which are made available to the Customer via any form of advertisement by the Company.
3. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. By using this website or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.

7. The Company may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, the Company’s determination shall be final. Where these terms and conditions are available in more than one languages, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the different versions.
Registration and Membership

Online Orders and Payment
1. All prices of goods and services on this website are listed in HK dollars.
2. We accept payment via PayPal and PayMe by HSBC.
3. We shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details and specifications of the goods and services on this website are up to date. Prices, stock availability of goods, and availability of services, are subject to change without prior notice, and all purchase, orders and participations are subject to Company’s acceptance at its sole discretion and availability. In the event that we are unable to fulfil any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before your requested delivery date.
4. We may from time to time set credit limits for individual customers and we reserve the right to limit sales including the right to decline sales to any customers.
Responsibility, Ownership and Risks
1. All wines or other goods a customer orders with, any services a customer sign up or participate in with the Company, remain the property of the Company until the payment of the goods or services are received in full.
2. All ownership and risks of the goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery and full payment.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Company.
