- Purchase of HK$1,500 or above enjoy free delivery to single address within Hong Kong. For orders under HK$1,500, delivery charge at HK$150 applied.
We offer option of self-pickup at our store (15 Aberdeen Street, Central, HK) for any purchase. - Delivery shall proceed in 3-5 working days after payment confirmed, order cut-off at 3:00PM of normal working day (all order place on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays shall fall to next business day).
- Delivery districts and location includes all Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories EXCEPT all outlying islands, restricted areas and remote areas.
- Stairs fee for delivery to tenement flat or house or walkup building in amount of HK$30 for each twelve steps to be charge upon delivery directly from customer in cash collected by courier.
- Winederlust shall not be responsible for any delay/failure of delivery caused by acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond our control.
Returns Policy
- It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the condition of any goods received, including glassware and accessories, at the time of delivery.
- Due to hygiene consideration, the Company does not unconditionally offer return, exchange or refund service for all products; the only exception is the return and refund of damaged products, where the Company may request relevant evidence for investigation and the return of the damaged and unused products.
- A refund will be credited into Customer’s credit card account within 4 weeks upon confirmation.
- In the event that you would like to claim a refund, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
